Blackrock New Build

Prior to meeting our team, Edel Regan MRIAI authored a concept sketch with the clients which our Architecture team took inspiration from and designed the granted new-build dwelling.

This stylish dwelling was designed to pay tribute to a variety of classical principles such as proportional elevations and the curved dormer windows dotted on the front elevation’s roof.

Open-plan living spaces and modern technologies like underfloor heating and a heat recovery system were also confirmed for this homestead

Facing the rear garden, you will find a single-storey conservatory decorated in yellow brick
and french doors and sash windows that help catch the south-western light while also providing access to the private lawn and garden space.
