As a HRI qualified contractor, If you decide to make some renovation or extension works to your existing dwelling, working with us implies that you’ll be able to claim back your HRI tax credit for the completed work.

Linehan Construction is also registered in SEAI BEH list, which means that if you want to carry out any works to improve the energy performance of your existing house you can apply for a “Better Energy Home” grant.This incentive is in the form of a cash grant and it’s available on undertaking of energy efficient works such as wall insulations, attic insulation or heating systems upgrade.
